TITANIUM je nejmodernější komplex administrativních budov vytvářející špičkové pracovní prostředí propojené unikátní relaxační zónou s dotykem přírody uprostřed centra Brna. Společně s vynikajícím napojením na dálniční síť a pohodlným parkováním představuje splnění i těch nejnáročnějších požadavků. Na celkové ploše pozemku 20.000 m² se nachází 43.000 m² kancelářských ploch, 5.000 m² obchodních ploch a více než 400 parkovacích míst.
Řídicí systémy AMiT jsou použity pro regulaci výměníkových stanic a centrálních vzduchotechnických jednotek. Zajímavostí projektu bylo postupné vybavování kancelářských prostor včetně individuální regulace místností. V průběhu necelých 3 let se postupně pronajala téměř celá plocha a v současnosti čítá kolem 260 individuálně regulovaných prostor. Součástí instalace bylo vybudování dispečerského pracoviště LookDet s dálkovou správou, dohledem a podporou pro rozúčtování nákladů na energie.
