TITANIUM is a modern complex of administration building, representing a state-of-the-art work environment combined with a unique relax zone with a touch of nature in the middle of Brno city centre. Together with an excellent connection to the highway network and convenient parking, TITANIUM satisfies even the most demanding customers. The total area of the premises 20,000 m² houses 43,000 m² of office spaces, 5,000 m² of commercial spaces and more than 400 parking spots.
AMiT control systems are used for regulation of exchanger stations and central air-conditioning units. The project was mainly interesting due to the method of furnishing of the office spaces, including individual room regulation. Within almost three years, the entire area has been rented and at present houses 260 individually regulated spaces. The installation also featured a construction of a LookDet control centre with remote administration, supervision and support for energy costs billing calculations.
