Smluvní obchodní partneři firmy AMiT mají od dnešního dne možnost zadávat své objednávky přes naše webové stránky formou přehledového katalogu produktů. Původní objednávkový systém na adrese amitomation.inshop.cz je ke dni 29. října 2018 ukončen. Přístup do nového systému budou mít pouze zákazníci s platnou Rámcovou kupní smlouvou a s již zřízeným přístupem do našeho ceníku na těchto stránkách. Zda máte přístup k objednávkám funkční poznáte tak, že v horním menu webových stránek najdete dvě nové položky – Objednávky a Můj účet.
V tomto objednávkovém systému lze snadno a přehledně zadávat objednávky na produkty firmy AMiT, prohlížet a opětovně použít již vyřízené objednávky a sestavit si vlastní portfolio nejčastěji používaných produktů pomocí nákupních seznamů. Systém slouží POUZE k sestavení objednávky a odeslání e-mailové zprávy na obchodní oddělení firmy AMiT. Další postup vyřizování zakázky probíhá již v rámci informačního systému firmy AMiT a podle obchodních podmínek definovaných v platné smlouvě o spolupráci s partnery firmy AMiT.
V katalogu produktů najdete ve výchozím stavu produkty s aktuálními koncovými cenami. V aplikaci si můžete nastavit v Můj účet / Nástěnka výši svého smluvního rabatu a zobrazovat ceny produktů již po slevě. Chcete-li používat koncové ceny, nastavte výši rabatů na „0“. Upozornění: skutečná výše rabatu je nastavená v informačním systému firmy AMiT dle platné smlouvy a není vázána na vámi zadané hodnoty v této aplikaci.
Nemáte-li stále aktivní přístup do webového objednávkového systému a chcete jej využívat pro kalkulace nebo objednávání, kontaktujte prosím svého obchodního zástupce firmy AMiT a požádejte o příslušná přístupová práva do aplikace.
