Energetická koncepce pivovaru je založena na využití odpadního tepla pro jeho další efektivní využití. Při procesu výroby piva je zapotřebí hodně chladu. Při chlazení vzniká odpadní teplo. Toto teplo je využito jako zdroj pro tepelná čerpadla Chameleon firmy TC Mach.

Jedná se velice efektivní způsob, který šetří nemalé provozní náklady a také se velmi zjednodušil celý energetický systém. V případě nepoužití tepelných čerpadel by musel být systém tepla a chladu zajištěn minimálně čtyřmi samostatnými systémy.
Celkový chladící výkon Chameleonu je 280kW. Tepelný výkon je až 400kW.
Řídící systém celého pivovaru je postaven na platformě několika řídících systémů a rozšiřujících vstupně/výstupních modulů AMIT.
