Místo realizace: nová budova obvodního oddělení PČR, Velké MeziříčíPopis
Ve Velkém Meziříčí byla v roce 2021 dokončena stavba nové budovy obvodního oddělení policie České republiky. Společnost 4control s. r. o. se na výstavbě podílela dodávkou části měření a regulace.
Nová budova má tři nadzemní podlaží s centrálním pracovištěm uprostřed a podzemní podlaží s garážemi, šatnami, celami a technickým zázemím. Objekt je z hlediska zásobování teplem napojen na nově zřízený prostor, kde jsou dva plynové kotle zapojené do kaskády. Druhým významným zdrojem tepla jsou klimatizační jednotky, které jsou schopny zajistit významný podíl tepelné dodávky v přechodném období a plnou dodávku chladu mimo topné období. Část objektu je větrána rekuperačním způsobem pro využití přebytečného tepla znehodnoceného vzduchu.
Veškeré technologie jsou centrálně připojeny na řídicí systém měření a regulace, který je řešen pro efektivní řízení tohoto objektu v rámci topení, větrání a chlazení i z hlediska optimalizace spotřeb energií.
