Vážení obchodní partneři,
rádi bychom vás informovali, že dne 30. října 2025 došlo k významné změně ve vlastnické struktuře společnosti AMiT Automation s.r.o.
Společnost přešla do rukou dvou dlouholetých členů vedení – Aleše Krutiny a Petra Kašíka, kteří se již řadu let podílejí na jejím technickém, obchodním i strategickém směřování.
Tento krok je přirozeným pokračováním více než třicetileté historie značky AMiT a potvrzením důvěry ve vlastní tým a české technologické know‑how. Strategií pro další období je udržet tradici kvalitního vývoje a výroby české elektroniky, zároveň však společnost posunout směrem k moderním trendům automatizace, digitalizace a systémové integrace. Pod vedením nových vlastníků bude AMiT Automation dále posilovat partnerství s českými i zahraničními firmami, rozšiřovat produktové portfolio a usilovat o zvyšování technické kvality i uživatelské hodnoty svých řešení.
