Průmyslová sběrnice M-Bus je pravděpodobně nejrozšířenější sběrnicí pro přenos dat v oblasti monitoringu a měření systémů vytápění, odběru vody, plynu a elektrické energie. Firma AMiT nabízí pro připojení této sběrnice k řídicím systémům externí komunikační převodník DM-MBUS64, ke kterému lze připojit až 64 zařízení typu slave. Pro řídicí systémy AMR-OP83 a AMR-OP87/V jsme připravili mnohem snadnější řešení připojení sběrnice M-Bus, a to pomocí rozšiřujícího modulu EM-MBUS5 z produktové řady EM-xx.
Jak je z názvu patrné, modul ve funkci Master umí obsloužit až 5 zařízení typu M-Bus Slave. Přestože nominálně sběrnice vyžaduje napájení 36 V ss, pro napájení rozhraní M-Bus v tomto případě vystačíte se zdrojem 24 V ss, který používáte pro napájení samotného řídicího systému. Tím se celá implementace sběrnice v měřicím místě podstatně zjednodušuje a zlevňuje.
Kombinací řídicího operátorského panelu AMR-OP83 a komunikačního modulu EM-MBUS5 získáte pravděpodobně jedno z nejefektivnějších lokálních měření na sběrnici M-Bus. V této souvislosti upozorňujeme na softwarovou podporu ve vývojovém prostředí DetStudio a nepřehlédněte aplikační poznámku AP0062 – Komunikace v síti M-Bus.
