Vážení obchodní partneři,
Dovolujeme si Vám oznámit, že dne 19.9.2022. došlo ke změně vlastnické struktury ve společnosti AMiT, spol. s r.o. Do AMiTu vstoupil finanční investor – investiční společnost CEIP (CENTRAL EUROPE INDUSTRY PARTNERS, a.s.), která touto akvizicí získala 70% obchodní podíl. Zbývajících 30 % zůstává v majetku původních majitelů, kteří nadále ve firmě aktivně působí.
Investiční společnost CEIP se od roku 2017 zaměřuje především na akvizice a aktivní správu průmyslových výrobních, servisních a technologických firem za účelem jejich dlouhodobého rozvoje a následné zvýšení hodnoty. Do portfolia CEIP patří podniky jako ROKA Industry, Elcom, BMH, KBNK, Jihlavan nebo Vyva Plast.
Uzavřené partnerství bylo výsledkem dlouhodobých konsensuálních jednání, ze kterých jasně vyplynula strategie vstupu na nové trhy a posílení pozic na trzích stávajících – jak v oblasti průmyslové automatizace (divize Automation), tak v oblasti elektroniky pro kolejová vozidla (divize Transportation).
Od 19.9.2022 se novým generálním ředitelem AMiT, spol. s r.o. stal Aleš Krutina, který má bohaté zkušenosti s managementem v elektrotechnickém průmyslu. Dlouhé roky působil ve vedení Jablotronu, je i členem vedení společnosti ELCOM. Ve funkci nahradil Michala Přerovského, který ve firmě zůstává jako předseda dozorčí rady.
Velice se těšíme, že budeme dále pokračovat ve vzájemné spolupráci.
