Rekonstrukce MaR se týkala kompletní výměny zastaralých řídicích jednotek Sauter, které byly nahrazené novými řídicími systémy AMiT. Technologie vytápění a VZT zůstala původní kromě 3 hlavních výměníkových stanic, které se kompletně rekonstruovaly, i po strojní stránce. Některé technologické zařízení třetích stran byly integrované do MaR prostřednictvím protokolu Modbus RTU. V interiéru hlavní haly, kde nebylo možné osadit drátové snímače teploty, byla s výhodou použita bezdrátová komunikace Poseidon s vazbou na řídicí systémy.
Rekonstrukce probíhala za provozu hotelu, jednotlivé řídicí systémy byly instalované v různém časovém období a na různých místech objektů, což kladlo velké nároky na koordinaci prováděných prací.

Řídicí systémy AMiT ovládají:
Každý řídicí systém je samostatně funkční (autonomní). Řídicí systémy instalované ve 3 objektech hotelu jsou propojené sběrnicí Ethernet pro vzájemnou výměnu dat a vazbu na centrální dohledový systém LookDet, který slouží jako rozhraní (dispečink) pro kontrolu stavů zařízení. LookDet navíc umožňuje náhled do webového katalogu technologických zařízení, aplikačních SW, projektů a rezervačního systému hotelu pro kontrolu jeho požadavků.
