Místo realizace: Tylex Letovice, a.s.V rámci celkové modernizace tepelného hospodářství textilní továrny byla změněna koncepce vytápění z parního na teplovodní včetně vzduchotechniky.
Stará parní uhelná kotelna byla nahrazena několika plynovými kontejnerovými kotelnami, které zajišťují výrobu páry pro technologické účely (ohřev textilních strojů) a teplé vody pro vytápění objektů. Odpadní teplá voda z technologického chlazení je zpětně využívána zpět pro parní kotelnu. Teplovodní zdroj doplňuje kogenerační jednotka s přetokem el. energie do distribuční sítě. Pro dispečerské řízení a dálkový dohled nad technologií se využívá SCADA Promotic.
Projekt a realizaci financovala skupina Innogy Energo, s.r.o.
Rozsah díla:
Teplovodní kotelna pro vytápění staré kotelny (výkon 0,7 MW)
Teplovodní kotelna pro vytápění areálu (výkon 1,5 MW)
Parní kotelna pro technologické účely (výkon 3,3 MW)
Kogenerační jednotka pro výrobu elektřiny do sítě (výkon 0,26 MW) s využitím odpadního tepla
Topné systémy a VZT rekonstrukce vytápění a větrání výrobních hal
Vodní hospodářství úprava a ohřev technologické vody + zpětné získávání tepla
