Together with an excellent connection to the highway network and convenient parking, TITANIUM satisfies even the most demanding customers. The total area of the premises 20,000 m\u00b2 houses 43,000 m\u00b2 of office spaces,\u00a05,000 m\u00b2 of commercial spaces and more than 400 parking spots.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/en\/product\/control-systems\/\">AMiT control systems<\/a> are used for regulation of <b>exchanger stations\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0<strong>central air-conditioning units<\/strong>. The project was mainly interesting due to the method of furnishing of the office spaces, including individual room regulation. Within almost three years, the entire area has been rented and at present houses <strong>260 individually regulated spaces<\/strong>.
